Follow Your Heart!
I’m passionate about personal and spiritual development.
I’m fascinated to see your transformation and be part of it when you re-connect with your power and talents.
It's all inside you - you just have to remember!
And from there you can generate and attract happiness and abundance into your life.
I started to connect with spirituality when I left my country (Germany), and I experienced how a whole world opened up with my curiosity. That was when I started to be more conscious about my life. I have always been quite logical and the mind was controlling my decisions. After some painful experiences (which we all have in the course of our life) my heart was contracted behind a huge wall to protect me. On my spiritual path I have met various teachers who were guiding me, and I have learned a lot with them. I’m convinced that the teacher appears when the student is ready. I began to connect with my heart and to surrender to the flow of life. This led me to a path of self-discovery and healing: I started to remember things of my childhood, and even of past lives, and I re-connected with my intuition and my inner wisdom. It hasn’t always been easy, obviously, but since then I’m more conscious about the meaning of each incident in my life. And above all I have now taken full responsibility for my life knowing that I’m the creator of it.
After all, everything that surrounds me is an invitation to learn and to grow!
This is me in a corporate environment
We all carry many different sides in us.
Here, I am enjoying a break during a meditation workshop.
To the extent in which I had the courage to open my heart, my life changed profoundly and a deep gratitude was growing inside me. Today I have the feeling that gratitude equals happiness. Slowly I freed myself from my inner barriers and resistances which helped me to develop self-love. And only from there I could see and feel my true self, my essence. Since then I give myself the permission to shine and to share my talents so that others are inspired to do the same. Being authentic is important. I’d like to quote Marianne Williamson from her book “A return to love”. These words changed totally my perspective and they inspired me to no longer play small.
" Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are POWERFUL beyond measure.
It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
What do you feel deep down inside reading these lines?
With my very developed empathy it has always been easy for me to connect with other people. Many friends were already asking for my advice at school. When I realized that my mission was to share my learnings and to help others to open their heart and to find their true path, I completed various trainings in spiritual schools so that I could offer healing and transformation through different methodologies and tools, always connected to and guided by the natural law. Later on I also got certified as Transformational Coach and Therapist for systemic work with Gauri Gatha constellations.

The holistic or “wholistic” approach is key for me. I want to look at a person with all he/she is: body, mind, spirit, soul. It is all interconnected and each modification of one aspect will have an impact on the other aspect like in the cycle of the five elements. The holistic approach involves seeking the tools to find personal power and to attract our desires on all levels to meet the purpose of our soul.
My experience as a manager in a multinational corporation enhances my global vision and adds to the comprehension of what people need in this society which is more and more suffering a constant pressure of producing more quickly in a more challenging environment.
Today I can proudly say that I’m doing what I love: since 2009 I offer guided meditations and in 2013 I started to give individual sessions and to offer workshops for groups. Every time I see someone starting his/her self-discovery path to find more happiness and freedom, my heart jumps and then feels so humbled and grateful. Life’s gifts on this path are so beautiful!
